| Announcements - Skills Development Program tier 3 funding increase and digital form launch |

The Skills Development Program (SDP) application and reimbursement process has now moved to a fully digital system. Applications will be submitted through an online form with all supporting documents uploaded directly as part of the application. The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) has also strengthened support for tier 3 training through increased funding and cost sharing:
If employers already have a tier 3 application approved with a training date after 1 April 2026, the DEWR PALM Capability team will contact them shortly to discuss the next steps.
