While Jimmy has a hearing impairment, this has not been a barrier for him – in fact he is thriving in his workplace. Recently PB Agrifood* and Labour Solutions Australia have worked together with health insurance provider NIB to cover the cost of hearing aids for Jimmy. Within a few months he was fitted with the small but life-changing devices.
